DIRECTIONS: westbound 94: take Cedar Ave exit, turn left on Cedar, then right on Franklin, it's less than a mile on the left side eastbound 94: take 55/Hiawatha Ave exit, turn right on Franklin, it's on the left side after 4 or 5 blocks northbound 35W: take 94 East, exit on 25th Ave/Riverside (first exit), turn right on 26th Ave, turn right on Franklin, it's about a mile or so on the left southbound 35W: turn off on 55/Hiawatha Ave, turn right on Franklin Ave, it's about a half-mile ahead on the left
