Wal*Mart, as the world's largest corporation, has somehow survived accusations of violating child labor law, human rights law, labor rights law, and sex discrimination law. Unusual settlements between government agencies and Wal*Mart may suggest that the only way to make Wal*Mart accountable is through lawsuits. Does the law apply to Wal*Mart?
