DIRECTIONS: Take the Peaks Island ferry departing at 7:15 pm from Casco Bay Lines, located at the intersection of Franklin Blvd and Commercial St. in Portland. From the ferry landing, go up the hill to the main intersection. Go left on Island Ave, which will curve to the right after a short walk. Take the first street on the left after you round the curve, and go to its end (which is the beach/boat ramp). Take the road to the right, which is City Point Rd. #23 is the 4th house on the left. It has an elevated deck with several kayaks stored underneath. The entire walk takes less than 15 min. A flashlight might be helpful for your dark walk.
