Walmart: The High Cost of Low Prices. The San Diego Independent Media Center will be screening Robert Greenwald's newest film on Walmart's questionable practices. Show times are Friday November 18, 2005 at 8pm, and Sunday November 20, 2005 at 4pm and 7pm - all screenings are at Voz Alta in downtown San Diego. This screening is part of a series of grassroots screenings as this film is opened across the nation. The IMC's screening will focus on the relationship between alternative media and labor. On Friday, we will host a post film discussion with a speaker from the Center for Policy Initiatives. The screening is free, however donations will be happily accepted.
